Jose F. Santanas

Hello! My name is Jose Santana, and I am a Director of Engineering from Puerto Rico with expertise in Web Fullstack Development and Data Analytics.

Growing up on this beautiful island, I developed a passion for technology and innovation. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in leading and managing high-performance engineering teams, delivering complex projects on time and within budget, and building scalable and robust web applications that meet business needs.

My technical skills include proficiency in full-stack web development technologies, such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, and Django, among others. I am also well-versed in data analytics technologies, including Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries.

As a Director of Engineering, I am dedicated to developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within teams, and mentoring and coaching team members to help them achieve their professional and personal goals.

I am proud of my Puerto Rican heritage and enjoy promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the beautiful beaches and mountains of Puerto Rico, learning about new cultures, and spending time with my family and friends.
